Practices and institutions in the governance of natural resources

The aim is to study the functionality of natural resource governance from the perspective of different stakeholder groups and alternative institutional arrangements. The official arrangements as part of the governance as well as cultural practices and values are studied.

The main research themes are planning of the use of the animal natural resources, practices of the co-operation and governance and preconditions to solve the interest conflicts.
