Vision and goal

The vision of the FGFRI is to produce information that encourages sustainable choices. Our most important task is to produce feasible and reliable information on the use of natural resources not only for national and international decision-makers, but also for people who are earning their livelihood or working in the field. Our research is solution-centred, and therefore we aim to seek out constructive opinions, optimal solutions, appropriate decision making models and helpful criteria for our clients.

In our vision, the FGFRI is an internationally recognized forerunner in its field, producing feasible information that encourages sustainable choices.

• Internationally recognized: The FGFRI is a desired cooperation partner whose knowledge is valued and sought out among interest groups internationally

• Forerunner: The FGFRI is an active, motivating organization with an understanding of the entire field and the changes in it, including natural resources and their management, the recreation and experience industry, and foodstuff production.
